• The time slot allocated for each presenter is 40 minutes (15 minutes for presentatio followed by 25 minutes of suggestions and comments from advisors).
• The workshop will start at 9:00 a.m. on November 6 at Room 4 (Ukon), Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima. Please arrive in advance for equipment set-up.
• The following equipments will be provided: projector, wireless LAN connection, and a backup note PC. As different OS versions sometimes may cause problems when you want to do demo, or use a special font set, the local organizers suggest the presenters to bring their notebook for the presentation.
