This year, Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE) decides to acquire publication management service from Springer for the Society’s official journal, Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning (RPTEL) for five years from January 2015 to December 2019.


With Springer’s publication management service, the Society aims to keep soliciting an eclectic collection of quality paper submissions from researchers and practitioners around the world to share insights into the theoretical and methodological dimensions of research and practice in technology-enhanced learning.
